/SessionDeck – Terms of Service

This document is related to the app “SessionDeck”, and does not apply to the use of mogoalkeeping.co.uk directly.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SessionDeck mobile application (“App”) operated by MO Goalkeeping (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

SessionDeck provides goalkeeper training session planning tools and practice content. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person’s account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Payments

SessionDeck offers a free tier and a premium subscription (“SessionDeck Premium”).

  • Billing. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (“Store”). Payment is charged to your Store account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Store settings (Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Play Store > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
  • Price Changes. We may change subscription pricing. Any price increase will take effect at the start of your next billing period, and you will be notified in advance by the Store.
  • Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

Content and Intellectual Property

All practice content, diagrams, text, graphics, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to MO Goalkeeping. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.

User-Generated Content

Sessions you create are your own. We do not claim ownership of your session data. However, by using the App, you grant us permission to store and sync your data as necessary to provide the service.

Acceptable Use You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data
  • Resell or redistribute access to the App or its content

Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Training content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional coaching advice. Always ensure
activities are appropriate for the age and ability of participants, and that proper safety measures are in place.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MO Goalkeeping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you
paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
