What is goalkeeping consultancy?
Goalkeeping consultancy is a “made to measure” service, aimed to address your specific needs and requirements. Some examples of the services I can provide include:
- Video review – Do you record your games using a Veo camera or a similar system? I can review match footage, provide feedback and/or reports on goalkeeper performance, highlight areas for development, and more.
- Training plans – Tried and tested goalkeeper training plans can be provided for all situations. From pre-season preparation plans to weekly sessions focusing on different areas of the game, plans can be prepared for individuals or groups of goalkeepers of all ages and at all levels of the game.
- Goalkeeper profiling – Want to get a better overview of your goalkeeper? Player profiles can be compiled from training and match footage or reports from coaches to help you build a more rounded picture of your number 1.
- Goalkeeper communication – It sounds simple, but sometimes goalkeepers just need a line of communication with someone who knows the position well. Whether that’s to discuss aspects of their performances, seek feedback, or simply someone to talk goalkeeping with, communication is key!
- Session review & feedback – Does your club have someone working with your goalkeepers who would benefit from review and feedback on their sessions? Where possible (depending on location), I can also review and feedback on training sessions
