This privacy policy is related to the app “SessionDeck”, and does not apply to the use of mogoalkeeping.co.uk directly.

SessionDeck (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a soccer coaching session planner. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Data We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive a name and email from the identity provider — we do not receive or store your Google or Apple password. Content you create

    You can use SessionDeck without an account. In guest mode, all data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

  • Location data
  • Contacts, photos, or camera access
  • Device identifiers for advertising
  • Usage analytics or telemetry
  • Health or fitness data

How We Use Your Data

  • Authentication — to sign you in and secure your account.
  • Cloud sync — to sync your sessions and bookmarks across devices.
  • Service operation — to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Third-Party Services

We use Supabase (https://supabase.com/privacy) for authentication and database hosting. Your data is stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are integrated into the app. If you use Google or Apple Sign-In, those providers’ own privacy policies apply to the authentication flow.

Subscription and Payment Data

When you subscribe to SessionDeck Premium, your purchase is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. as a third-party service to manage subscription entitlements and purchase validation. When you make a purchase or restore a subscription, the following data is shared with RevenueCat:

  • Your anonymous user identifier
  • Purchase transaction identifiers
  • Subscription status (active, cancelled, expired)
  • Product identifier and billing period
  • Device platform (iOS or Android) RevenueCat processes this data to verify your subscription status and manage entitlements. For more information, see the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. We also store a record of your subscription status in our database (hosted by Supabase) to support account management. This record includes your user ID, subscription status, product identifier, and billing period
    dates. It does not include payment method details.

Data Storage and Security

  • Server-side data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security — users can only access their own data.
  • On-device data is stored in encrypted local storage.
  • All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit.
  • Passwords are hashed; we never store or have access to plaintext passwords.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, we remove your account information, sessions, coaching notes, and bookmarks from our servers.

Children’s Privacy

SessionDeck is designed for coaches and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request the deletion of your data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The “effective date” at the top reflects the latest revision.
